By booking an appointment online or by phone, you agree to review and accept these terms prior to scheduling. Once an appointment is confirmed, you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Cardinal Auto Pros offers multiple detailing and wash packages designed for various vehicle types. Package contents and pricing are subject to change at the sole discretion of Cardinal Auto Pros. Any updates will be reflected on our official website.

Payment is due upon completion of the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

• If you or your agent is not present at the appointment, prepayment of the total cost is required.
  
  

If a card is declined, the customer must provide an alternative form of payment immediately. If payment is not resolved within 48 hours, Cardinal Auto Pros reserves the right to initiate a collection process.

Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items prior to service. Cardinal Auto Pros is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.

Vehicles are serviced at the owner’s risk and must be able to withstand standard detailing procedures. Any damage claims related to services performed will be limited to the total cost of the service rendered.

Customers must ensure the vehicle is parked in a lawful and safe location. If conditions are unsafe or unlawful, service may be declined.

We reserve the right to:

• Secure bookings with a valid debit or credit card
• Reschedule or modify appointments due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues
• Charge an hourly rate of $50 (or portion thereof) for work outside the original booking scope
  
  

A minimum 20% surcharge applies to vehicles requiring remediation of biohazards including urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a $40 fee to compensate the assigned technician. This applies to all retail-priced detailing services.

If it is determined that the technician did not complete the service as ordered or there is clear evidence of deficient workmanship, Cardinal Auto Pros will re-perform the affected portion at no additional charge.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion by phone, email, or text. Photographic evidence must be provided within that same 24-hour window. Failure to submit documentation within this timeframe may void eligibility for corrective service.

Due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, technicians may arrive later than the scheduled time. Please allow a 15-minute arrival window.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any anticipated delays.

From time to time, Cardinal Auto Pros may offer referral or promotional credit programs. Credits and coupons may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Referral credits are valid only when:

• The referred individual is a new customer
• The referral link provided by Cardinal Auto Pros is used properly
  
  

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals using alternate identities or accounts
• Referring existing customers
• Spam, unsolicited outreach, or unlawful promotional practices
• Posting referral links on public forums or coupon sites
• Impersonation or submission of false information

We reserve the right to revoke credits, void promotions, or disqualify participants if misuse is detected. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
